sprintcat, was referring the right tools for drilling out the heel and tip weights in the primary. My father has a drill press which made life much easier.

Wish I could tell you. Install was straight forward if you have the right tools. Still waiting for decent snow in VT to try it out. Im headed North in a week so I can report back then.

Schmidt brothers comfort clutch kit works great and also improves fuel mileage. It changes the spring and rollers in the primary. You can also just get the spring from barnofparts.com.

stubb111, What carbide set-up are you running with the stock mtn skis on your xtx.

How many miles do the snowtrackers typically last. Seems like they would be vulnerable on hard pack trails and road crossings.

What are you running for carbides?

7/8" deep or Wide. I didn't know there was outer keels. There is only runners on the center keel correct
