I know this is an old thread, but I'm having the same problem. Ran the same Ulmer clutch kit since new in 09, stock motor. Now all of a sudden, this season, I'm overrevving? Looks about right for riding around in that much lake effect. We get some rides like that in Munising, and my Nytro looks about like that. I just finished removing the tunnel protectors and adding a block off plate to try to stop some of it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So last night I put my sled up on the lift, took the hood off so I could see the radiator fan, and let it idle until the fan came on at around 190. I then felt both coolers and they both were hot, but the MTX cooler didn't seem as hot as the front one? Both seemed cooler than the radiator...
