I just bought the 136 kit from Tracks USA. They were great to deal with and it fits like a glove. In the process of changing it over tonight, all the hardware is included and it was surprisingly cheap! I just put the the 137-146 kit on my viper and that was great as well.
What should be the distance between the drivers once they are on the new shaft and how can I be sure they are centered on the press before I mount the shaft in the tunnel?
That's what I was thinking. The drivers are from a 2014 nytro and the shaft is from a 2008. I'm thinking there's a slight difference in the hex diameter.
I just bought the 2.86 drivers to fit my 2008 nytro from my dealer but there's a bit of slop between the driver and the hex shaft. Is this ok or do I have the wrong drivers/shaft? The old drivers were super tight, I don't know what to do, any help?

Did you take out the whole shaft and all or just the blocks in the back? Are you running stock skis, do you find it pushing in the corners with the strap down and spring 3/4? I don't care about it lifting the skis, looks pretty cool but my biggest thing is to get it to corner like it's on rails...
It is the stock tunnel, lots of room for the 146 1 3/4. I'd like to try to tune my stock suspension first before I revalve or buy any parts. I only got the sled last year and hardly rode it, I'm more so looking for information on air pressure, strap position and spring adjustments first.
Hey guys I just finished extending my 2014 SR Viper LTX from 137 1.3 to 146 1 3/4. I didn't get to ride it much last year to get the suspension dialed in and I'm wondering if there are any other guys out there around my size (close to 300 lbs ride ready with gear on) with an xtx or a dx or if...
Hey guys, I'm 100% Yamaha to the bone and wouldn't have it any other way. My father is currently looking to buy a new sled and is trying to decide between the GT 600 etec and the RS Venture TF. My brother owns a REV and I own a new Viper so you guys can imagine the headaches as each of us want...
