Thanks for the reply. This kit is a Sledstart. It is a true plug and play setup for the Yamaha sleds. It is designed to shut down if brake is applied as a safety feature I assume. Not sure about the rpm shut down as only testing it in the garage. Of course the kill switch can be used to shut...

That makes sense. Everything else seems good so that is probably the case with these sledstarts kits as well. Hopefully no one drives off with the sled on warm up.

Thanks for the reply Dan I had a wire broke on the harness. Touching the brake shuts it down now but not sure the throttle. Revving the sled in the sleds don’t shut it down but everything else seems fine. Hopefully all is good there now. Thanks

Hey Hey bud i had one of these Sledstarts for a while now and just put it on my Nytro because it’s there and seems like I should try it. Hooked it up and it starts fine but doesn’t cut off when touch the brake or throttle. Did you have to do anything different when you hooked yours up. Thanks
