    Loud noise not sure ??

Yeah I got copper donuts to, it wasn't fun. I'm thinking that the only left that it could be is one of the manifold pipes. Just doesn't make sense that I can just about stall the engine when I plug the exhaust. The sound sounds more like an exhaust leak than anything. Could this just be ice...

    Loud noise not sure ??

I was wondering if the flex pipe itself was cracked or broke and making noise even the donuts and muffler are new. It doesn't make much sense to me. I really wonder if its ice, but I would think there would be a lot of vibration to make that much noise. Those little header/flex are hard to...

    Loud noise not sure ??

It was warm, right after I got home. I also didn't mention that I installed new donuts and a new muffler last year.

    Loud noise not sure ??

I have a strange issue with my Warrior. After I ride it for a while it starts to get louder, especially at like 30mph. I've done all the drive bearings not to long ago. I have a new PB80 primary and rebuilt the secondary, and also a new belt. The track tension and alignment look good and I...

    Simmons skis or Snowtrackers ?

I think I might be leaning towards Snowtrackers. I have time to think about it since our riding is done here. I was thinking about upgrading to an Apex, but I got my wife her first ever sled and an enclosed trailer. So I'm going to run the Warrior a couple more years. If I can make a couple of...

    Simmons skis or Snowtrackers ?

Thank you everyone. It really does seem like people love the Snowtrackers. How did you set up the Mono suspension to work with them ? They show how to do it on a conventional two shock suspension. Do you just let the limit strap out and set the preload on the front shocks ?

    Simmons skis or Snowtrackers ?

That is one thing that made me leary about switching back to the stock skis even though I've heard good things about the Snowtrackers. The Simmons skis are wider and will hold the front up better. Although I usually don't ride in deep snow with it. There are probably better skis out there,but...

    Simmons skis or Snowtrackers ?

I was wondering if that would be my best bet. I've read a lot of good things about the Snowtrackers. Thanx guys its great to get advice from someone who has tried them already. Then I can spend my money wisely.

    Simmons skis or Snowtrackers ?

Hey guys I have an 04 Warrior with an Attack rear suspension. I got a set of Simmons Flexi skis for it to help with darting. They have helped, but I'm not totally sold on them. I have a BOP MPS kit to help with steering effort which is better. The machine still darts some and just doesn't turn...

    Mechanical Power Steering-Barn of Parts

I have the MPS for my sled and I love it. It really makes a noticeable difference. You can also upgrade the rear skid to a mono fairly reasonably and it will ride better. Travis at BOP has a plate to make installing a mono easy.

Expanding MPS (mechanical power steering) to Rx-1, & Pre EPS Apex, Vector, Venture

I actually ended up using the middle setting. Some of the trails are so tight that I ended up turning the bars all the way to make the corner. The middle setting is a nice compromise between steering effort and actually turning. I also tried the stock skis with a shaper bar on one side and a...

Update on Barn of Parts MPS Delta Box Kit

I just installed the BOP MPS kit on my 04 Warrior yesterday and I'm quite impressed with the results so far. We don't have enough snow to hit the trails right now after all the rain we've had lately, but I was able to take it up in our field. The field isn't flat, its mostly hilly and rough...
