That has nothing to do with the turbo mount, you need to install a Roll over valve kit from either Fourstroke solution or OFT Racing, You have a oiltank vent and enginevent that goes to the airbox and when you tip the sled oil will came out.

Thanks viper dude. Do you work with MPI? I would like to see MPIs take on it. Like stated. Yamaha claimed it was a known issue with MPI

No im not :) hade the same issue with my mtx as it was stock, and when i put MCXpress turbo so i bought a rollover valve with teather from OFT and that fixed the problem :)

Well that's good to know. Is it alright if I forward this info to Yamaha? I'm not to mechanically inclined.

I would honestly recommend this rollover valve they should install 100% of the time. I barley tipped the sled. Maybe 45 degrees in its side in powder. Amd it lost at least a half a cup it seemed

Yes do that! I think yamaha knows about that problem. I think its weird that its not a original part on a mountainsled... but after i mounted the kit i have no oilspill and my sled has been upside down many times.

Man. Thanks. That helps a lot. It was the first time I rode it with the turbo. What fun is it If you can't do donuts in the meadows. Haha

The flaw is in the oil air separator that Yamaha/cat uses. It's a vent so way does it have oil running through it? We move it to the other side of the sled which doesn't help the problem but it by no means makes it a MPI problem alone. .Yamaha also added 400cc of oil to the sled this year over last so that not helping ether. Another problem is that some guys a checking there oil level incorrectly
