I had this problem with my 2003 RX-1 (-20F). I have not tried the hot water trick...but was told it might be the starter "relay" solinoid. After I held the key over to start position for 10 sec... I started to hear the engin grown. Waited a few more seconds, then she started to crank, and...

DinoRx1 and I are in the 270 lb range. Will adjusting the front shocks keep us from bottoming out the skid on rough trails? I may look into a different spring...but I think there is a difference in adjustments for a rider that is 50 lbs lighter. I'll bet if I weighed 220, I wouldn't bottom...

X2... Check the connector thats under the seat. The pig-tail in on the right hand side, right where the seat aligns with the gas tank...and check the wires for rub thru.

Well... Well....how did the test drive go?

Bad cable Check the wiring harness in the nose of the sled...in front of the battery. That is where my problem was.

Clean it up real good. Let the metal get to room temp. Use some J B weld on it...works very well.
