I just got back from a week long sled trip that only lasted one day for me.
Hit a 14" ice chunk on lake doing about 80 mph. Only one ski hit ice. Spindle snapped in half and when sled came down with no ski it tossed me and proceeded to roll.
Damaged list- two spindles, handlebars...
I store mine in tool pouch in nose of sled. But also have a spare belt bag riveted to my clutch cover for other stuff. Panels will not fit on with belt on outside of bag were it is supposed to go.
I'm looking up part Numbers for yamaha clutch rollers. I find five different part numbers. 8fg-17624-00-00
8fg-17624-10-00
8fg-17624-20-00
8fg-17624-30-00
8fg-17624-40-00
Just wondering what sizes go with what numbers. What is the 14.5 roller what is the 15.6...
Ya they are the same. In the write up it talks about the yuasa battery that is in the Nytro's.(YTX20HL-BS).
There are two types. Standard(LFX24L3-BS12) and high performance(LFX27L3-BS12)
They have a way more cold cranking amps then stock nytro battery.
I have the same sled and did the same thing with the black hood. I was also going to put the same stickers back on until I saw the price of them and decided to go without.
I have gotten a few compliments from buddys saying they like it better then the white hood.
