I will be changing out my track this year. The 1 incher with 192 Woodys chisels is fantastic on shaved ice, but drag racing in the snow, my 17 XTX holeshots the hell on me running a 1.75 lug with sno pro studs. I will probably go with something in between.
Had 137 LTX, no the 141 XTX. Not even close, XTX is way more fun to ride. Could not stand the coupled suspension on the LTX. If you don't like the skis lifting upon throttle command, then go with the LTX. I just find the XTX much more fun and you have to learn how to conquer the trails with...
Removed the skid to go over things and replace the hyfax. Is this movement normal as well as the side to side slop? Was not sure if the looseness is simply due to it being removed from the sled?

Does the SW have a fan for the radiator or does it simply rely on air flow and front/rear heat exchangers? Was running a long trail with lower but hard packed snow conditions and it was shutting down because it was overheating. While waiting for it to cool down, never heard a fan come on...
