anybody confirm what type of plier is needed to remove the retaining ring on the drive gears? they don't have ears with holes.

just a heads up, i was prepping for this weekends xc race and noticed the radiator was loose in the upper mount. it appears the rubber on the radiator has compressed allowing for ~ 14/in slop. added a piece of fuel line split in half to make up the gap and it was tight again.

anyone else notice a ridiculous amount of slop in the bars? i can flick the bars ends over 2in free play before the skis start to move. thinking maybe the lower pivot point tweaked. seems to have developed after free riding with a lot of side hilling on 1 ski this weekend.

Had the tank off to replace donuts and plugs, now when I turn the key nothing. No dash illumination, no start. Battery is fully charged. Fuses good. Everything was fine about a month ago when grass drags were in full swing. Any suggestions on what might be wrong or where to start?

Anyone done this and/or have picts of how they did it. Thinking of screwing the wedge right to the ski since there is no pocket like the yamaha ski around the rubber. Getting very fast wear on the front edge of the host bar and nothing on the actual carbide.

Installed the OFT TBO plate after some monster ice packing last season. Finally got in some miles and a USCC East race last weekend to try it. Definately seemed to reduce the amount of ice in the tunnel. The race course had 2 good sized slush holes mixed with ice and tons of snow dust...
