Mountain Performance sells a charging cable for the RX1 for 49.95. It appears to be battery clips and a headlight plug. Has anyone made up one of these? I'll order it if I have to but will end up costing about $100 C to get it here

We were at about 6000 asl in 4 - 5 ft of snow climbing. At WOT my rpm doesn't hold steady. It cycles between 8000 and 8500 rpm. Doesn't do it any other time. What causes this. Sled has about 200K on it and left stock.
