no its not 2 stroke smoke, yamaha snowmobile north america took this picture from another fb user, and he called them out on it its a 2014 viper with clever lighting
this site is well worth the money, 15 dollars a year in the grand scheme of things is very cheap, with how much information you get from it. I used to be "vip" on a couple other sites but they are not worth it to me anymore... with that said next year Ill be on something new, and if it doesnt...
I cant help you with the problem you are having, and would like to know what the problem is also. with that said, if it was the fuel pump relay, it wouldn't run at all.
I believe you can change all but the load control relay out with the new solid state relays. its been a few years since I've changed out mine, I don't keep a spare around anymore. an extra wouldn't hurt I guess though. they don't weigh much and take up very little space, but I haven't had a...
they are replacements for the relays in the front of your sled, mainly for the fuel pump relay.

Ive tried... stock xtx ski, stock mountian ski, pilot 6.9's, c&a's and now I have curves and they are the best ski out for me and my conditions. great trail manners with better precision than the others and still has plenty of float and control in powder.
its the engine, its already being reduced by the ecu but not entirely, http://snowmobiles.yamahablogs.ca/2007/04/23/gimme-a-brake/ , you can tune alot of it out with the clutches but its still there.
I agree, the engine breaking, even after 6 years on my nytro, still gets to me. its nice on tight trails and dont have to use my break as much but in any amount of powder if you let off the gas it takes a nose dive. I too would like another "fix".
going from 140+hp to 150+ and clutching makes a huge difference! but... for 1000 more (or less than that if you can find a used turbo kit) you'd have 180+hp and the ability to go way higher if you chose...
if you are thrifty you can find used stuff on here for less. but if you are buying new products, take it from me, if I were to do it all over again I would have just went turbo. in the end after I bought all the power adders, I was only 1k short of buying a turbo kit. as they say... buy once...
ride it and test till you get it in the rpm sweet zone. there are so many other variables than rider weight.
or email or call allen ulmer and ask what he would recommend.
nice! it would be awesome to get rid of the rotating weight. I looked into doing this for awhile but ended up not pulling the trigger. please let us know how it turns out, or better yet do a little write-up :winter:
