Before this Phazer and restored and modified an V Max 500 DX -96. Before that I have moddified a Phazer I

Now I have sold my Phazer...and are looking for a new project :)

The O-ring should be at the outside of the discbrake...after the 0-ring a small washer that have that same outer diameter as the o-ring...and then a bigger washer that hold everything inplace.

I have not riden it so much yet but it perfoms very good both on the trail an off...so I am very happy with my modifications :-)

No damage to the sled. And the roll over was due to a misstake from me.

I made som brackets for the shovel to stop the vibrationsnoise that came when the shovel vibrated against the tunnel when the engine is running

I don´t really understand how the parts shall be on the outside of the discbrake and in the "gearhouse" On the first picture nr 1 and 2 is called shims, after that comes 2 parts that should be greased. What are they? Beacause if you chack on the bottom pic to the right there is only shims and...

I have got a lot of questions from friends if Yamaha knows about my sled. So does anybody have some connections or a email adress, so I could send them a picture :D

The windshield is "homemade" in carbonfiber but I have used a Nytro as base but it´s customized to fit the Phazer. It´s mounted with rivets.

This weekend I will go for the first testrun. Hopefully everything work OK...and hopefully I will have some pics and mayby some videos :)

Yesteday I found out that it was not the sensor ( I had missunderstood how the sensor worked, that´s why I thought it was broken. I measured between chassie and the connection on the sensor = wrong) But I did found the problem and that was the sec. shaft that was not in place..it was a bit...

Today it was finnsihed for a while until I noticed that the reverse did not work. I did found the problem and that was the reversesensor that is broken. Roll over valve

I did find the problem...it´s the sensor that should indicated that the gearbos is in reverse that is broken. I don´t get any signal when I push the small pin on the switch...as I have understood it should connect to ground then.
