9400 I think is where the rev limiter kicks in. Sounds like a clutch problem.

I had it done along with his clutch kit and geared down to 19 from 21. I never tried one at a time but last year my top speed was 158-160kph and now 156-158. It's only 50 bucks so it's pretty cheap give it a try

I forgot to mention I also tighten my chain tensioner thought I had it to spec before but I guess not. Before all the ratcheting I would be around 9250-9350 rpm after I readjusted the tensioner It felt alittle under powered so I took it down a hard packed road and couldn't get it past 9000 rpm...

I figured it out I got to start a log book or something so I can remember what I do. It was tight almost no sag when off the ground not sure why I didn't notice it last night so I loosened it to 3/4'' sag with no weight and took it for a spin and didn't ratchet once. I can go on my trip now...

There just the stock drivers as far as I know bought the sled from the dealer with the track already on it. I just can't understand why it wouldnt be back to normal after I loosed the track. How lose is your track?

The plug above the tension bolt on the chain case keeps popping out i changed the top gear a few weeks ago added oil rode it for a few weeks then open the side panel And it was off put it back on rode again a few days later checked it and popped out again what could cause this has this happened...
