Would like to have some end of season maintenance done on my 2018 Viper. Stuff like jack shaft bearing lube and chain case oil change, etc. Anyone have any experience with Arctic Cat dealer Loves Park Morotsports near Rockford, IL? I'm getting lazy and want to farm it out. Thanks
I finally read some in the owners manual and learned they recommend greasing the skid every 40 hours. Well, I hunted around and only found 3 zerks on the skid and none on the front end. Anybody know how many I need to find? Sled is 2018 LTX DX. Many thanks.

I'm putting Arctic Cat Skis on my '18 LTX DX. I have a question about the rubber snubbers. Yamaha calls them "stoppers" and Arctic Cat calls them "damper, ski-rubbers". If I use the Yamaha "stoppers", I will either have to force them (very hard), or trim some rubber off...or I could order...
I know there is a ton of ski stuff on here. I'm looking for the BEST for my style of riding. Any and all opinions will be greatly appreciated. I'm old and ride over my head on groomed trails only... exclusively in northern Wisconsin and the U.P. I'm looking for easy steering and skis that...
Just finished changing the oil on the '12 Vector. Putting the "cylinder head cap" back in place took way too much time…and frustration. How are some of you guys screwing this thing back in place "easily".. Any thoughts, photos or info on tools used would sure be appreciated. Thanks

I hit my buddies sled and now the front suspension needs some major repair. I'm thinking either Port Washington Yamaha or Vetesnik. Has anyone here had any repair experience with either of these Wisconsin dealers? I purchased the sled (2012 Vector LTX) from Vetesnik. My local dealer is...
Track adjustment time prior to putting the sled, (2012 Vector) up for the summer. If I adjust the track tension to be the same amount of droop as measured on each side of the track, it does not run "centered". If I adjust the track to run centered, the tension measurement (droop)is off by...
Hope this is the correct place to post this question. We have a 2012 Vector LTX. Great sled. End of the season maintenance finds the steering squeeks when it is moved. The manual says to lube the steering annually but no info as to how to do it. Before I go tearing into the sled to find the...
There is a post on the APEX forum about frozen fuel relays. I looked at a parts diagram and found 4 relays...3 the same and one different. Does anyone know which relay is fuel and what the others control? They are only called out as relays in the diagram. Thanks

I just started riding sleds a couple of years back. My first sled was a used Venture. I'm now on an RS Vector with power steering. I have a dumb question. What do all those initials (RS, RX, FX and GT) mean and what is their significance? How can a potential buyer use the initials in making...
With almost 300 miles on the new Vector I can tell you this. POWER STEERING ROCKS. I am up there in years and have bad shoulders. The decision on a new sled was easy. EPS. I have Bergstrom 6 inchTriples with ski savers and shims. Darting is almost non-existent. Steering is creamy smooth...
What a great site TY is. I get access to tons of info and show off my new sled. I'm sort of new to snowmobiling and have much to learn. I ride with 10 other guys and they know lots about sleds, but not so much about Yamaha sleds. I check this site daily for info on setup and related...
