i also read somewhere that you can machining the secondary so it wide open moore.
can someone tell more of that..
Gonna try to mark clutch plate with marker and see how up belt goes on first variator when driving..
I believe this is original FX and gearing are now 17/41
Way it behaves does not feel like underpower or dead. Very quick to top speed
it goes ideal condition about 125 kmh (meter, not gps)
i know meter lies about 10 km/h at top so it goes 115 an ideal condition and i believe it is 71 mp/h...
i get only about 68 mp/h real gps speed
I believe i 8 teeth "track sprockets" . one teeth smaller anyways. (i did not build sled )
so what model year Vmax secondary i start to looking for?
And does the helix fit from my phazer original secondary to Vmax ? or is Vmax secondary very good as it...

Any pictures of wire so i can locate and find it?
Hi!
if the info is all ready here somewhere, sorry for that.
Can't find it :o|
Is there any other model which have same upper sprocket in chaincase than phazer?
i have 151" with clutch/helix kit and 17/41 gearing
Now that i have tuned chassis very good i think i can put one teeth bigger...
maybe you can write a list what you have done already
plugs, coils wiring harness, fuel pressures, compression, timing, half ccompression system is working
fuel nozzles not junked and clear. timing also meausured from camshafts not from sprockets, chain is not too big
and if the basics are...
Iridium IX - the alternative for even more power
These high-performance spark plugs with precious metal iridium middle electrode are used by manufacturers as original equipment. They were specially developed for the newest engine technologies, but they are also an alternative to the standard...
Thats my opinion.. I also use "better" oils and coolant and brakefluid...oem are always good and reliable choice and that way your sled stays like Yamaha supposed to be..
Lähetetty minun Metal laitteesta Tapatalkilla
Im not saying that oem are poor. I believe they are also Nkg.. And i dont believe they gain power.. But i believe they better for such though condition were sled are (extreme cold, hot, big rpm, closed loop injection and ignition maps etc) if you but them on lawnmover you dont get much from them...
i put ngk iridiums for this winter. tested in autumn in garage(with other service parts) , working fine.
i have also ride about 50 km for this winter and they are good. i think better than stock ones..
