I paid $8,795 for a left over 2013 XTX in January of this year. I walked away for a month and the dealer wouldn't budge so I think that is as low as they were willing to go. I thought it was a fair price, but not a steal by any means.

I saw 101 (on the stock gauge) on hard pack expired railroad bed this winter. It is a bone stock 2013 XTX with 1.25" track, about 650 miles on her. Bought mid season this year as a left over from dealer with 0.1 hard miles on it.

I went with the Nytro. After testing the Nytro & Viper back to back last night and going through them with a fine tooth comb, I landed on the Nytro.
The reasons:

Curious as to why you think the Nytro will hold it's value better? Seems to me a current gen year newer sled would be worth more a few years down the road.
I definitely ride faster and harder. . .to me it is a sport, not a leisurely ride. I am definitely a Yamaha guy (which is why I am here)...
So this is my first post along with my first sled purchase. I've rode intermittently throughout my years but have never had a sled of my own. I have narrowed my choices down to a left-over 2014 Viper XTX and a left over 2013 Nytro XTX, both at the same dealer. I realize I can save some money...
