Would you happen to still have a copy of that after all these years. RX1 is not as popular anymore but I'm trying to get one going for a friend that is new to riding snowmobiles.
I would really like to get these parts as well. I built my own from measuring the old one but built it exactly the same. Now this bugs me every ride. I run a Sidewinder alone but need thus sled to go with my wife so it needs to be reliable.
Thanks
I just did this install over the summer but had to do a lot of work on the M10 I picked up. I got it cheep 80$ off of Kijiji in Ontario but was missing the front shock. I will use the stock Yamaha shock on the front for now but had the Fox Shock rebuilt on it. Can't wait to try it out. I had the...
That sled looks great. Making mine look good will be on next summer's budget. The LED were all I could afford with all the other repairs I had to do one mine. It should run like new for the winter. I love the red snow flap and bumper. I'd be afraid to damage the paint on it thow.

The work list of this rebuild was long but most of it was needed to keep the sled in top working order. When you start taking things apart, you quickly realise how much wear happens in so little time on these sleds. You hit a bump here and a hard curve there and a bit of shush and it take it's...
I didn't even check that. I check to see if they were good and assumed that the missing ones were spare. I will most definitely be checking that when I get home.
OK Strike that out. I just checked the service manual and all fusses are accounted for. :( As for the 2 fusses that are present...
Wow .. 100$/h to find out what I missed when plugging everything back in. I think I will go over all the wires one more time before I pitch the towel but what a frustrating thing to happen.
SOLVED :-)
I just finished rebuilding my RX1 changing broken rivets and installing an M10 skid and under glow LED lights. Unfortunately after all that hard work, it does not even budge when I put the key in. It's like the CDI was dead in it. Battery is fully charged. I checked all the fusses. I...
