Just a thought but when you had the coolant leak repaired was there any welding involved. The high frequency from tig welding will play hell with the electronics. When ever welding on these sleds always unplug electronics, disconnect battery and place ground clamp as close to weld area as possible.

I think your problem is the M10 suspension. This is a fully coupled suspension for great ride quality. If you want to stand your sled up on end you need an uncoupled suspension. MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE

The Vector engine is turned around because of the lack of a reduction gear. Have Apex Vector and had a Fx Phazer It would be on the back side towards the tunnel.

I think the only reason Yamaha is not included is that Yamaha was not named in the original law suit. If BRP were to go after Yamaha they would have to start a complete new law suit. Yamaha should sell all AC sleds with Yamaha badging.

Backing up could put your flap into the track.

It actually looks really good. You could cut the Yamaha off. Your sled has the Yamaha name on the trunk. You don't need it twice on the rear of the sled. That flap should rivet to the grab handle in the center if you need more support.

This is not a Yamaha part. Check with Barn of Parts. Travis supplies an isolator for the oil tank. I have never had a problem with the oil tank cracking at the mounts but many have.

If you check the weight of the 115 hp outboard from Evinrude and Yamaha 115 hp 4 stroke you will see that the Yamaha is lighter. Fact not fiction. In 1974 a 115 hp Evinrude with power tilt and trim weighed 384 lbs todays E-tec is a lot heavier.
