Checked my alignment between secondary and primary and I was at the outer limit 61.1 mm.
Spec is 58.1 mm to 61.1 mm. Removed the 1 mm shim from behind the secondary and I am now at 60 mm.

Need to change my plugs and when I went to take the tank shroud off the brass insert in the tank is spinning and I cant get the bolt off. Any tips/tricks on how to get that bolt off?
Was about -30c and fired up the Apex GT, ran for a few minutes then it was like I lost 1 or 2 cylinders and was struggling to stay lit. After about 30 seconds it died and won't start (farts a bit when cranking but thats it) any ideas ??

Do you use all the exisiting hardware used for stock ski's, seems you need to grind down the bushing or pry the ski's open to get them on ?
The rubber block has to be ground down ? how much and were ?

FYI, have been doing lots of adjusting on compresion and rebound and have found the rebound damper adjuster is extremely stiff and when you zero out the setting to make an adjustment and you think you are at zero when in fact you are not. I got fooled twice now and had my settings 5 clicks...

Just put a set of C&A Pro Razors on my Apex GT with Studboy Shaper bars with 6" of carbide and no studs. The sled is like driving a Mac truck now and is very tiring long distance ! I heard a lot of good things about these skis, have I missed something ? Should I lower my limiter straps ?
Well, I was stunned ! I increased spring tension to max and my sag was 45mm so I am in spec but at the limit. Went back out on the same 10 miles of junk and it was a little better but still bottomed out a lot. Turned around and went 10 clicks harder on the Rebound Adjustment and it transformed...
