What is the model of the Supertrapp ? How do you like the sound ? Do you have any sound clips of your sled ? I tried a Aaen that was made for the nytro and it was to loud . It sounded real good untill you spent 180 miles onboard . All night my ears were ringing ,must be getting old.

Check classifieds on this site seen some 08 part outs lately. I have seen a xtx shock on a friends sled buldge out. Not sure how common it is .

Have same ? Will turbo hold up to big Tug Hill moguls . Dont want to have to weld up parts after a weekend of pounding on the sled .

#46 They take out clean and loctite . My 09 left A-arm bolt came loose at about 1400 miles. Thought it was the bushings that were wore out but it was just #46 not doing its job.

The washer on the main bolt was probably what caused the cover to not come off. You need that bushing at least cleaned up so it moves freely on shaft. Take the main bolt off and grind the washer a little to make sure next time the cover slides off . The rest of the clutch should be fine,blow...

the more weight you add will pull rpms down. the tip has more to do with rpm at full shift. closer to the pin has more to do with lower shift rpms. The secondary should be tuned for backshift ,need enough spring to keep belt from slipping on clutch . Best to check for heat on both clutches cool...

Right it needs to be off the 06-07 rev 440 to be a 2.86 . The XP have a hollow 2 + " shaft so they are not even close

you can find some on dootalk in classified under 440 race forum some times .They sell new from ski-doo but have to buy with axle which is no good to you.

They offered 2.52 on the revs till 07 and on the 440 race sled from 06 -07 you have the 2.86 pitch . You have 10 tooth on the 800x I belive and 9 on the 600x. The 9 tooth 2.52 is very close to the 2.86 8 tooth. I dont think you can buy just the drivers anymore, you have to get the axle and...
