Do you have washers under helix? It seems your belt might go too much in secondary and slip. Too narrow belt?

I would recomend Slydog super cool bogie wheels. Cheaper, lighter and looks good. Ask from Ulmerrasing.

When you drill front (corner) holes (under engine) you can notice that aluminium is too thick for these nuts. you need to make cut away on upper side of hole so you ensure good crimping (and also drill these holes tight enough for nuts)

Maybe you need to change good oil in your chaincase?

Hi, Just made new measurements and when i installed this shaft both wheel need to be moved 3mm more left, so add 3mm for both values. Thanks Reimond

I used soldering iron to melt plastik together. Then i add more same type of plastik (melting) backside. Works and looks good and might be stronger than original.
