This only happens when I stop by braking hard and locking the track..the belt does not get all the way up in the secondary so when goin back forward its kinda still in high gear. that is the only way my belt screech and its totally normal i think

The racks are pretty stiff on there. The front bolts are in the thicker plate where the back bar mounts with 2 bolts I cut some red rubber hose to fit on the side of the rack(see pic 1) and it touches the side of the the bar used to lift the sled off the ground, so it cannot move down. I will...

I've made some custom racks for 2.6 gallons gas cans on my mtn lite!! I'm very proud cause its my first time welding on something usefull.. Easy to mount, 4 bolts !! Here are some pics!
After talkin with a few friends, I think I will let the clutching alone. The sled has great response and I really like the way it runs. I hit the rev limiter when I pin it from a stop or when goin slow. I'll just adjust my driving to that!! And I dont think hitting the rev limiter a few times...
