I have not been active with this sled since 2010, I think you have to search this forum for more and updated information and answers.
The exhaust tubing and flexible part can crack and cause trouble. There are updated flexible pipes available, I think. Has to be welded.
Depending on what year the turbo kit was made, there have been some upgrades on it.
Also beware of the danger of fire under the gas tank....

Yes the donut should have been replaced but surprisingly it looked OK.
But I guess I will dismantle these parts before next season anyway to inspect.
Maybe install a temperature sensor of some type for warning of melting point temperatures on the heat shield.
Some of the heat shield material on mine had come off because of a loose clamp rubbing it. Someone hadn't tightened it to spec and it fell off :o|

No I did not install new clamps. I guess it will not loosen again when tightened to the specified torque.
Someone must have forgotten that last year :o|
No the bolt at the hanger was not loose. But maybe the pipe cracked because of stress or poor construction.
Did some repairs in may, here are the pics. Cracked exhaust caused by loose exhaust clamp. No I did not install the turbo kit myself :o|
Then modifying the pressure tube with an alu tube replacing the long rubber hose and installing a heat shield in front of the air filter.
