I have had no issues with starting ever since I plugged the power commander V into the system. Yes I have the Hurricane turbo but absolutely no issues with starting.

I read the other day, don't stop your sled with the kill switch. When stopping for fuel or what ever reason to use the key. Something to do with the ecu staying in the wrong mode when using the kill switch. I have never had the hot start issue ever since i installed the turbo and power commander V.

I've had trips ruined because of 800 etec engines blowing cranks. 2 in one day.

I'd like to see where they are breaking. I can't believe with all the broken mufflers here that there hasn't been a picture posted yet?

Does anyone have a picture of the muffler after it has broken apart?

Also tried the 8DN. ???? You must be a micro manager to notice any difference with the 8DN on the Viper. Unless i don't have an issue like a lot of you guys.

If your running a turbo, you might want to change your gearing. I hit the rev limiter no matter what i tried until I geared up. If i threw too much weight on my primary weights it would run fine but in loose snow would upshift too fast. I don't have the ratio in front of me at this moment but I...

Hurricane Turbo is the easiest install, and reliable as hell. Absolutely no issues.

I just ordered a set of four Hygear shocks. Hoping to get them before our snow melts. We still have a tonne of snow here, but now starting to get some seasonal weather. Hopefully will ride smoother. Fox Floats are way too stiff with limited travel.

I still love the old Yamaha brake handle. Shorter but effective. :tg:

My wife has a 2012 Renegade 600 Etec. I find my Viper to be much easier to stand up, and when standing I feel much more comfortable on my Viper.

Hurricane Turbo comes with a Hindle can. I love the sound and we have no restrictions here in Manitoba. But you have to be smart where you let it bark, don't want to upset anyone.
