Tried to pull the upper chain case heavily worn wobble bearing and the bearing came apart leaving the outer race in the chain case. I tried using a bearing puller on the inside of the race and can’t get enough traction. I don’t want to pull the chain case do to back issues. What are the options?

Trying to replace the throttle cable and not understanding how it comes out of the throttle block. Seems to be some sort of metal plug pressed in to the block locking into the groove on the cable. What needs to be done to release the cable? The attached picture is the inside of the block.

You might want to inspect the inside of the instrument panel where it contacts the clutch shield . Mine is cut 2/3 through. I’m thinking of putting a piece of aluminum back foam heat tape to reduce the damage.

I got my sled total together and running from pulling the motor out and realized I forgot to put these two plates back in. They don’t seems that important. What issues could I have leaving them out?

Are there any recommendations on starting a reinstalled motor after pulling it. I had the pan ,oil pump out, cam out, fuel lines off. Can I pull a fuse to prevent spark to pump oil and air out of the fuel lines before firing? Any other thoughts on this?

Under the gas tank on the left front side of the tunnel is one rivet, the other side has two. Why? My single rivet is loose. Can I add a second one or is there some clearance/design issue preventing this?

Surprised to see how poorly matched the exhaust ports are to the header. Is there any concern about opening up the entry of the header and removing some of the tube edges so they match better with the exhaust gasket. Thoughts?

Switched out the Cat lever for a used 2017 Polaris Switchback Assault 800 lever. Feels nicer than stock. The only issue I had was that the stock rubber cover no longer fits at the bolt because the Polaris lever is larger around the bolt area. I’ll have to see if Polaris sells it. Update...
