i do not have a stock one to compare. Sold the stock 21/41 gears and chain. Also have the Bélanger racing jackshaft and bearings, and manual chain adjuster. Also added a steel washer of .030 close to the snap ring. Everything was replaced at 2000 klm when i lost the reverse. The jackshaft...

I don't have have a winder but same chain case. I keep the oil level on top of the glass and run the Polaris gear oil. I have 27,000 klm on my top gear without hole. I have the HYVO chain and gears from Bikeman. I inspect it every season and no wear on the shaft, chain or gear. Never had To...
Top gear not engaging fully. Top gear bushing has to much play, also need to install a .030 shim on that gear. If not engaging i bet the splines are twisted and not allowing the gear to slide on the shaft.
if your engine rpm is to high from take off to top speed you need more weight. If you over rev on take off only you can try less pretension on your driven clutch spring. Try your 43 degrees, it will drop your rpm by about 300 to 400 rpm if the belt is not slipping with the same spring you have...
Take a measurement at the rear bumper with the skid fully extended, lift your skid off the ground and let it drop, you should have 2 inches less, if you sit on it, it will drop another 2 , so a total of 4 inches is normal with this kit installed.
Of course they replaced most of the parts but they are stamp with arctic cat part numbers and they have the same issues. I did not have any issues with mine because i replaced all the cat parts.
I'm surprised Yamaha kept all the weak components from cat. When I bought my cat in 2014 I checked on HCS site and found out about all the issues with the chain case. I replaced all the AC cheap parts with aftermarket. Jackshaft, bearings, chain, gears. I'm surprised Yamaha kept all the junk...

I just checked the online parts catalog and the chain case is identical to a Arctic Cat 1100 turbo. The only diffence is the manual chain adjuster.
I have a 2014 XF Cat Turbo which is same body style and a RX1 Turbo with 35,000 klm. My RX1 is vibration free compared to my Turbo Cat. I know there is a lot of vibration coming from that skid. I have big gouges on my rails where my scratchers are seating when not is use. It's probably a normal...
Cat problem. They have problems with the jackshafts. The jackshafts are to soft. The splines will start to wear and than will make a small grove and the gear will no be able to slide all the way into the other gear. The fix is a stronger jackshaft. They were suppose to have a better jackshaft...
You did the right thing. Loved my boosted Rx1 but fuel injection is the way to go. I'm running a 2014 Arctic Cat Crosstour boosted with 4 stage and anti-lag with méthanol injection.Over 300 H.P on pump gas. Love it.
You should also check you float height and make sure your float bowls are not leaking when boosting. The float height should be set 11 to 15 mm. Also check you fuel vent line for any obstruction. I think your problem is fuel related. I checked the MCX instructions and at 8 psi you should run 130...
Did you check your fuel pressure regulator. Hook up à pressure gauge to your fuel line. I have mine set at 3 psi at idle. Take it for a spin and watch your fuel pressure, it should always be higher than your boost pressure by at least 5 psi.
If you want to keep that driven clutch spring you need a steeper angle on the first number of your helix to drop the rpm out of the hole. I would try smaller rollers in the drive clutch first.
