stay away from the 08's. First year build with way to many issues. 09's feel like a totally different sled and seem to have a few of the bugs worked out
The exact same things happened to me primary cracked and center shock exploded. I cant wait to see this sled go away. Not saying I wont buy another Yammi someday but not today or tomorrow. Their customer service & quality control also sucks a big one along with that joke of a "bumper to bumper"...
I just hope it can get bandaged up to finish out the season. Nothing will make me happier than to see this sled go away. I either got a Friday sled or just a plain lemon. I can only image all the other parts that are broke that I cant see. The bad thing about everything is that I love that motor...
Here are better pics and a few of when the pivot arm broke apart it took basically every clip off my track and took nice chuncks out of it. I would "get over it" if it was my fault and I did not pay for the Y.E.S. "bumper to bumper" warranty. I see more people riding late 90's early 2000's sleds...
Hey the way I see it the have stolen from me under a contract. I pursuing this to the fullest. I hate thiefs. The lady I speak to is Ericka and thats as far as I can get. They wont let me speak with anyone else.
Ive talked to Yammi multiple times. The dealer is M&R in Auburn and they waited for the ok from Yammi before they touched anything. Honestly I wish I could blame the dealer but it really is not their fault
Best motor in the business I do agree. I bought the sled for quality issues I presumed the sled would last awhile but it has fallen apart after 4500 miles. If you were in my or his shoes you would be just as pissed. The dealer tore apart my sled because Yammi gave the OK now I am supposed to pay...
Well after a week of waiting Yammi wont cover a thing even though I have the Y.E.S. warranty. The pivot joint broke on the factory weld as the picture shows. When Yammi ok'ed the dealer to start taking apart the sled they found a crack on a brace by my right foot hold so Yammi denied the claim...
Put insurance on it and set it on fire. My sled has been at the dealers for a week today trying to get Y.E.S. to cover my pivot joint that broke on the weld. Yammi has had the pics for a week know and still wont give a yes or no. I cant wait to get rid of this sled it has been nothing short of a...
No not Hollink. I dont want to post the dealers name on hear because I honestly do not think it is their fault. In a way when Yammi doesnt cover a warranty issue it screws the dealer. The dealer knows I can do the repair work myself and im not going to pay labor charges but they already have to...
Well the drama with Yammi has begun. They need to know how I ride, where I ride, and if the sled was upside down, and if the trails were rough WTF. The break was right on the welds why is this such a big problem? Ill tell you what Yammi makes it very easy to walk away if I have any problems with...
If it was the starter relay the motor would not crank over. Been down that road already. I believe it is the fuel system relay. The EFI would not work so no fuel = no start
