I had the same thing happen to my 03 Viper after 3500 miles on the oem belt. Belt looked ok, but after changing the belt, the noise went away and never came back.

Has anyone put an Apex seat on a 2010 Vector GT? I would like a little higher ride and wondered what had to be done to replace the Vector OEM seat with a 2010 or newer Apex OEM seat.

Can someone tell me how to drain the oil from the chaincase on my 2010 Vector GT. The only drain plug appears half way up the cover. Thanks.

The mechanic at Big Moose yamaha, Eagle Bay, NY found it right away. It came from the oil cooler assy near the oil filter. He reinstalled it and I was on my way in 20 minutes. If you're ever in the Old Forge, NY area, checkout Big Moose Yamaha--a great dealer!

This Winter, a couple of us TYers will be doing Old Forge, NY for the first time in many years. Does anyone know of a good bed & breakfast in the area with direct trail access? I've stayed at the Country Club and Forge motels, but thought a B&B might add something to the trip.

Don't worry about the clutch rattle. It only happens at idle (how much time do we spend there?). I agree with the buddy's place. Maybe we can find a Bed & Breakfast in the Old Forge, NY area--anyone know of one?

The decal on the left side cover on my 2010 Vector GT has come loose in a couple of spots. What adhesive can I use to put decal back in place that will be compatable with the decal and the plastic side cover? Thanks :4STroke:
