Whats the difference between a manifold and header? If i´m going to throw my shitty header in the garbage can and pay the big money for a new one, at least i want to make the best choise of it.

Replaced the hose for 2 years ago without lifting the engine. If I remember correctly, I removed the intercooler ... and perhaps the battery holder. Then I could release the clamp on the elbow. Then I removed the plastic piece under the engine and was able to remove the water pipe that...

Well, i did take the hoose from t-stat and hooked it on a 8mm thick pipe in to turbo. Maybe the pipe is to small and the water gets restricted... ?

Is the water in the turbo supposed to boil? Even after just a couple of minutes of idling?

Does anyone have some pics of where to hookup the cooling lines from the turbo? Turbo is frontmount Garrett... Should put a T in the line from the oilcooler and one to the thermostate? Is this right?

Yes, it´s fits. Same T25 flange

Yes, it did connect to the stock exhaust, and was set at 0.5bar from Mcx. I´m running 0.7bar (10psi) now. They used a schwitzer turbo on the frontmounts. Now i have updated to a Garrett T28R, thats the one in the pic.

Yes, last winter i hade a 3-inch pipe straight out beside the tank. Really terrible noicelevel :o| Going to try a tunneldump this season and see how it works. Gonna cut a hole in the chassie and let the pipe exit straight down..

Mine did exactly the same as your sled last winter, i cleaned the carbs and the problem was solved.

But it´s a Schwitzer i got. Mcx frontmount. Thats why i was looking for a garrett that will fit bolt on.
