Turbo Dynamics has a really nice 4th wheel kit...I think its a must for trail riding ...you can get it in 8.5 or 7.5
Man they are nice!!!!!!

:sled1:

These come with the axle, wheels and all the spacers you need unlike the one from others that are a longer bolt and two outter spacers and a wheel those look weak to me....

Can someone post how/why you already know we will require a 4th wheel kit on the new Viper ?
This will be my 24th new sled and about 25 used ones, most only had the outside 2 wheels. Untill I get the new Viper and have some sort of problem I can't figure out how/what kind of problems I can expect to have.

It's just a good idea since if you have one bearing fail with only two wheels you are stranded on the trail. Also it releives pressure off of the back of the slides preventing premature wear.

so please explain why they are missing ?

Cost at the factory I'm sure plays a big part. Also there is a minute weight savings, since everyone is more worried about three pounds on their sled than around their waste.

AC has always did this......4 wheels also keep the track aligned better when you corner hard....I tried the two inner wheels on my nytro and bent the axle and both rails.....

AC also does it to save weight.......and yes this chassis is bad azz

Why because I believe the Tri-Hub is a bad idea that fails.Worse than a normal 2 wheel set since with Tri Hub both wheels are connected if one bearing fails other will be greatly strained.Proof is both the 13 RR which has normal wheels and axle and 14 RR which has 4 wheels.AC put it on their because the racers find it necessary.I have seen the carnage caused when the Tri Hub fails and it is not pretty. Also I have derailed my track even with 4 wheels on a bad landing.Just pushed track back in line with foot.I think two wheels track would derail easier.

FYI... I purchased these for my 13 Sno Pro Limited and both broke. They look nice but are not very strong.

Really......they looked pretty strong......MAN.......
What broke the axle or wheels....I'm not a big fan of the spoke wheels

The spokes failed. Dealer said it was from the stress of my stud heads????
