Got this 96 Bravo a few years ago with only 750 miles. It was a DNR sled. I figure it spent alot of time on a trailer as it was pretty rusty.

Reassembly. The only fasteners that weren't removed were the engine head and case bolts. Everything else was completely torn down, cleaned, and repainted. Alot of hours spent behind a wire wheel.

That's a beautiful bravo!

I've got one here in shop with torn track. Tracks with 3.29 pitch are obsolete so working on a driver conversion kit which switches it to a 2.52 pitch. Kimpex used to make 2.52 drivers for the square shaft but those are obsolete also. If project works out I plan to offer them for sale so bravo owners can inexpensively upgrade the track.

Check the youth/mini sled section on Snowest. Avid is offering drivers for the Snoscoot/Snosport in 2.52 pitch. These also have the square trackshaft, and so should work for your application. If I remember correctly, Avid wanted about $200 for a set.

Better yet, here's a link to the source site: http://shop.avid-products.com/eshop...duct_2094678.Sno__Scoot__tooth_quot_pitch.htm

Did a trial fit up with a test bushing and it worked great! I should be able to supply a much cheaper option than the $200 avid drives. Looks like the oem 2.52 drivers from 90s bravo list for $100 each as well.
