Has anyone ever drilled out the hole in the bottom of the cv slide in the 4 strokes to get better throttle response? I know they do it on street bikes and atvs, just wondering if anyone has done this before and if it helps, could a person do this along with adding the holtzman carb springs?

Jet kits that I installed in street bikes usually drill the slides so you can thread the hole and put a restrictor in to make the hole smaller. If you just drill the hole the slide will rise slower. The vacum is above the slide. A smaller hole will make it open faster.
Just put an ecp kit on it. I put one one my rxwarrior and it worked great.
Freddie has done all the r&d. No point in reinventing the wheel.
Just look over at the 4 Stroke Air Intake section. There's lots of info there.
