Hey guys just had a quick question...
Was looking for a spot to carry a shovel on my nytro, want to get as much gear out of my backpack as possible, anyway, the blade fits perfect in the nose with the tool pouch! Any worry about putting it under the hood? Will it block airflow? Looks like it might help keep snow out of the nose too.

There would be chance of over heating. Mounted mine to tunnel at back using quickfist clamps.

Anything to back this up?
If anything it looks like it will direct air right to my filters!

I started carrying a Snow Claw. I have it sit just between the speedo display and the wind screen. Fits perfect. No more back pack. And when you need it, that thing can move just as much snow as a shovel. MS

Hi Radian, I added a vent on my hood for more air flow as when we have warmer days and get in the deeper stuff, my vents under the light clog with snow and have a overheat. I would be concerned in my case of putting too much under hood.

Not sure if they fit all sleds or just A/C & Polaris but a neat expensive concept.
