newby need info 11 apex

looking at a 2011 apex se . 6000 miles , what to look out for
current sled 02 venture 12,000 miles

normal wear items and ask if the exup has ever been adjusted. otherwise pretty much gas and go.

I have 12000 miles on mine. See if ExUp was asgjusted, oil changes, wheel bearings, ask about the drive axle bearing replacement on speedo side especially and see how the track looks... is it holding up well.

If shocks not yet re-built, time to do them. My Mega failed halfway thru last season, started loosing air regularily and oil came out of schrader valve. Pioneer just re-built all three. Mine has just under 10k Miles (15,000kms). Exup adjusted a couple of times now (Thanks Mr. Sled), very easy with video. Donuts changed this summer also, one ready to fail. Good luck with your new SE, your gonna love it compared to the Venture.
