Nytro ground wire location

Hello all,

I am in the process of putting my nytro back together after removing the engine for a new head gasket. I have run into a snag in locating where two wires go. There is one black wire that was off the starter relay which I think goes to the starter motor. The other black wire has a pig tail and I think one end goes to the battery but I am not sure where the other end gets grounded. I have attached a picture of both wires

black wire with the blue taped end goes on the front starter relay post then down to the starter. The battery ground connects from the battery negative terminal to the front of the engine block just under the air box on the right side.
