I'm starting from having the gas tank, seat, head light pod and body parts off. FIRST STEP remove the wiring hardness out of the way. Then remove the two screws that hold on the white cap.

Step 7 pull the bars forward(toward the ski's) to get the back half of the bushing out. There is a backing plate between the bushing and the delta box.

Step 13 the lower upper bushing's nuts are behind the wires and the nuts have black rubber caps on them to protect the wires. You will have to move the wires out of the way to get to the nuts. After that everything is the same as the one before. Just everything is toward the gas tank.

Step 14 there is a nylon bushing here, replace it. You have to take this plate off and leave it off till you are done with the lower bushing. The bolts that hold on this plate are one 14mm and two 12mm.

Step 15 ok this one sucks you have to remove the air box and undo the oil tank so you can move the shaft to get the back half bushing out. When finish with this one go back and bolt the plate back on that you took off in step 14. That's it when doing this I would check your donut and change your plugs(if needed). Total cost for the stock bushings was 22.00 bucks from Sheboygan Yamaha.
