YAMAHA NYTRO WONT START ANYMORE

Hi everyone and thanks for the help! it came down to be the power commander, i just unplugged the wire harness for it and it started up first twist. Do you guys know if it will have to be reprogrammed for it to propperly run or am i good to run it without it plugged in.

do you have the ignition module along with the power commander ?

I had the exact thing happen. I replaced the battery, forgot to hook up the wire for the power commander. The fuel pump will run with the power commander not hooked up, but the injectors don't spray gas into the throttle bodies.
