Wondering what you guys think. Usually when things sound to good to be true, They are. On Ebay under Yamaha Nytro. There is a european company selling a performance chip, That just wires right up to the stock sled. They are proclaiming a 15-30HP GAIN just with this FOR ONLY AROUND $40.00. Crazy or what? If this was true we wouldn't we all buy one? :letsnow:

45 bucks for 25 hp, huh? DARN IT, I could have saved thousands of dollars if I would have seen this last year.

I'm buying one and selling my blower. lmao.....

And some people bought Excell exhaust kits and turbos and such when you could have had one of these...........What were they thinking!!! :drink: :drink: :drink:

interesting.

looks sorta shady reading into it.

but i dont see why something like this wouldn't be possible..

theres chips for trucks and cars..

Looks like you only change the signal from the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor. I guess that you could trick the ECU to increase the fuel by making it belive that the air is colder than it is by changing the IAT signal.
Definitely NOT 15hp gain but you might be able to use it if you have changed the exhaust and whant more fuel. Depends on how much the ECU compensate for the air temperature.

thats a pretty common trick that a lot of so called 'chips' do, all it really is, is a resistor, you can buy a handful of them for a hell of a lot less than 45 bucks.
