Getting my rear shocks re-built on the phazer i picked up in the spring. Can i remove them without taking skid out?? it looks like rear yes no issue front seems questionable so i figured id ask before i dug in..
:die

I have never tried it. I usually just drop the skid.

Good chance to go over the skid and clean and grease all the shafts.

Getting it out is pretty easy once you get a routine. Some tips:
-unload torsion springs just rotate the loops the ends go in and then lift them over the idler to remove tension, take short end out of adjuster and ziptie the long end to the rail to keep them out of way once loose.

-Loosen rear axle all the way and remove the left outer wheel which has the axle nut. This really makes it easier to get track out.

-Use a impact to remove front bolts,Torque wrench to tighten them.

-A box wrench for the rear inside works well.I forget what size it is but a inch size wrench will fit well.

How tight should track be when I re-install, I know with 2 smokes we set them at like 1" with 10lbs preassure. Track on phazer is super tight like running it on my lift I smell hi fax almost instantly

Also what's the torque spec on the skid bolts? We always just tighten to tight..

My track has some sag with no weight.

Torque specs can be found at the top of the phaser section.
