Basically all done except for building the the cro mo front end. Hopefully get to try it out in the next week or so.

I know what you mean. My tunnel probably wasn't nearly as labor intensive and I still had a ton of time into it. Your sled turned out great though and I really like seeing other peoples ideas when they build their own parts.
 
Its pretty time consuming doing the design phase. I won't be quitting my day job any time soon.

Its an Excell header built for the Vector with a glasspack setup. The snow defector is removable so I can try different configurations.
