I never ended up weighing the new tunnel cause I wanted it to have certain features regardless of weight. The heated/grated runnung boards are great but are very time consuming to build. As far as building another I'm not in the sled building business and at the pace I got this one done at I'd be working for 50 cents an hour if I was trying to sell them. I think I could build one now in probably 30 - 40 hours. Really from a cost point of view you are probably better going to an established aftermarket supplier. I just posted this so guys could see what is possible if they want to build their own stuff. Its not that tough if you think it out and take your time, mind you I've got a good size pile of oops scrap out in the shop.
