All Rear Mount Turbo guys please read.

Finally got the pipe done guys. :jump: Got the triple layer flex joint welded in to it. Got it jet coated, and ready to install. Thanks to lakercr for the eperimental pipe. And thanks to Jon at Atlantic Heat Coatings in Ajax Ontario for the great jet coating job. He's really excited because he has never done a pipe for a turo charged sled before. You guys south of the border don't know how lucky you are to have so many available vendors, when it comes to specialty work. Any way, it has good flex in the pipe now and hope to have some more pictures for everyone soon. If we get any snow this year we might have a year end report coming as well.

Looks good George, glad it worked out for you. When will it see the snow?

Going north tonight. Hopefully it will be ready by the morning to try it out. lakercr I like the extra length of the pipe at the "Y". I think it is better than MCX pipe. Reason being is that the MCX pipe at the "Y" is much shorter and holds more heat at the joint. Its good to hold the heat in the pipe but if it is too much could result in some damage at the joint like I had. I will let everyone know how it works.

Well guy's, got the pipe in and went out blasting on the weekend. Rode about 150miles of trails and it worked well. It was so cold though that my boost meter froze. Noticed that it was snappyer. Figured that I had more boost going to turbo cause of better flow. Coming back through the lake systems gave her couple of blasts and openned her up a little bit. Low and behold the boost meter froze up or one of my lines got pinched since I replaced them all. When I got back, put it in the shop and found the line to the boost meter pinched. While checking things out I cracked the antifreeze container open cause I noticed the level had gone down a wee bit. Low and behold what do I see............the dreaded brown antifreeze. :o| Not a good sign. I'm taking bets on what it could be. What do you guys think. Did not have any tools to check it out but this weekend I will do a leak down and compression test . Sure hope I did not blow a head gasket. I put some of that semi synthetic 0w-30 Yama lube into her before she went out. I hope its blow bye from the synthetic oil.
