Went to do a summer start-up last week, turned the key and got nothing at all. No gauge cluster, nothing, nada. Figured battery is 4 years old so I bought, charged and installed a new one. Didn't help.
I have 12V at the ignition switch connector, and an ohmmeter confirms the ignition switch is good. Still, nothing at all when I turn the key. Any ideas?

Is your kill button down.

Yes, the kill button was down. Put it back up and now it works fine. It never occurred to me that a kill switch would completely shut down everything. Funny thing is, I never use that switch - must have bumped it during storage.
Thanks for your help, and glad I asked before I ripped the thing apart!!

I've done that more then once, even to the point of being towed back to the truck only to see that was the issue. But I did say anything didn't want to look like an #*$&@.
