Anybody know where I can buy a hitch that would bolt on to the back of that meaty rack on the back of my Venture Lite so that I could better tow someone if need be.

Sure, it's standard on the MP. Just get it from your Yamaha dealer or your favorite online retailer. Part numbers are:
Bracket hitch: 84R-77592-00
Bolt (4 req.): 95827-08020
Should cost about $15 total.
