Does this mean we can finally order some, or is this just another taster?

It's cool and all but in all honesty if this I what they are going to hang their hat on and spend R&D time and money on they had better stick with Cat. I don't see it being much more than a gimmick. Give me a demo ride with one and I will give it a chance but it's going to take some convincing.

Is this the cure for loose rivets? It may help but no matter what you do your still riding on an thin aluminum chassis. There is no way to mitigate chassis deflection to that drastic of an amount. It will be much more impressive when it's not a computer generated simulation. Great idea if the cost to benefit is effective.

More weight, just what every Apex needs.

- Bought a new 05 Vector which I still have
24K miles
It might not help my sled as I'm just a trail cruiser but I wonder if it could cut down on the track howl? That's a resonance in the frame! How much will these things cost and can you put them on any Yamaha 4S regardless of year and model?

The one video at the end says they only have them tuned for Vectors right now and plan on having them tuned for Apex and Ventures by Christmas. I'm assuming the Vector and Apex are still going to be around for awhile then, no mention of Viper, Phazer, or Nytro.

These are available for free to people who snow check a Apex, Vector, or fuel injected Venture.

Every time I see this video, I have a hard time wraping my head around how they can work with the orientation in which they are mounted in the chassis. If the dampers were mounted fore/aft, I would have an easier time understanding how they do something to help with dampening the chassis??????

For real?
Where are you getting this info? I see nothing saying this anywhere.

Holy crap! If I had seen that video, I would have never bought my 06 Vector. I'm riding a bowl of jello according to it. I see this is just for the Yamaha Delta II frame. Just another reason Yamaha needs to dump these chassis and develop a better new one, or stick with the cat design.
