Well thanks to Mac @ MPI yesterday for taking calls and helping out on verifying jetting information on a Sunday while we were on the track dyno! Needless to say this supercharger and the people behind it are top notch!

Also thanks to bjniceguy (Doug) from the forum for allowing us to use his O2 sensor as ours hasn't shown up yet.

We're very proud to announce that all flat landers can purchase your Mountain Performance Supercharger for your RX-1 or Vector through us right here at Ulmer Racing. With jetting, clutching, and gearing for your application and location.

Feel free to contact me via pm or email srxspec@gwtc.net for more information!

Not enough miles here to get an accurate mileage, but I know the guys in the mountains are getting around 14 on average and some better. Wish I had on more miles myself to give an accurate figure for flatland guys, hopefully next weekend.

Compared to the turbos how are the superchargers performing speed wise? Are there any supercharger users on this site that could provide feed back ?

Honestly, most of the supercharger guys are running in the mountains. I only know of 4 sold for low elevation use and only 2 of those are out in use in the low elevations. We'll be going riding this next weekend and I will have more information then.

Supercharger

Hey Allen, I heard your sled made 110 hp at the track on 10 lbs. of boost. Have you had a chance to trail ride it yet and how do you like the supercharger?

What kind of weight increase would you say the kit adds ?

Is it possible to have a dial adjust for changing the boost on the fly i.e. a high/low setting switch?

sdracer, we did make 110hp to the track while still being lean waaaay too lean. We gained over 10 hp giving it more fuel yet. There's more to be had yet. We're still working on the jetting and won't know more until we get into real world conditions this weekend.

justin1635, the 110 hp is at the rear idlers. our stage III rx-1 clutch kit makes 81 hp to the track and a box stock rx-1 makes 73 to show you a comparison.

pistol, the kit adds about 6 lbs total to the sled. There is no way to have adjustable boost by means of a switch or dial adjust on the supercharger due to it being driven from the crank and not by the exhaust pressure. You must change the pulleys in order to achieve different boost levels.
