During testing, I was experiencing high exhaust temps. Normally I run around 1350 at the 660 mark and it was hitting 1550 before the 500 ft.
I got out the soap and water to check for leaks, primarily the T's. I discovered my diaphragm covers were leaking, all 4 of them. I figured the high boost I'm running in combination with the high underhood temp, warped the plastic caps. I called Mark from Supreme Tool, and asked if he could make me a set out of aluminum. (He is currently building a turbo RX-1 and had a set of carbs that he could get the cap from).
While checking the cap, he found out the one he had was not flat either. I got the call today, he completed the project! I couldn't belive it. I quickly drove out to pick them up and came home, put them on the buffer and tested for leaks. Which there were none.
Made a test run, temps did not go over 1350.
He did an incredible job with these caps! Damn they look good!
He will be taking orders next week. I'll post the price as soon as he let's me know what they are selling for.

Thank you Mark for helping all of us out!

Doesn't matter What they cost we Need them.

Ahh for me it does! :D ;)!

What every they cost I am sure Mark at Supreme Tool and Machine will be more than fair.

I just had to laugh when I see guys who spend thousands of dollars on they're machines For Turbo's and then worry about what little covers, that will solve a problem that no one knew about Until Neon Phil did some testing, will cost. :D

Merry Christmas to all!

Great product, very nice look.

its not the point that we have many thousands of dollars in the sled, so charge whatever you feel, its that I know what a piece of aluminum stock is worth. If these things come in at 25-40 each, I am in. If they are 100.00 or more per unit, then you are right back at the "I have to pay for labor, power, taxes, machinery, tooling, insurance, rent, gas for the car, and lunch and donuts for the workers.
If it is a good price, he will likely sell many, until someone with a cnc gets ahold of one, copies it, and ebays them for half the price.
I do want a set for sure, IF the price is right. I dont have a cnc.
