What do you think guys? I have 2 of these pipes laying around and am thinking about shortening one and stuffin' it in the sled. You think I'll have enough backpressure? Sure be alot lighter! Not sure what sound I'd get either? Anyone ever play with these??? Does anyone know if I would have to rejet? Thanks.

Aaron

That's what I have on mine, GYT carbon fiber and only weighs 4 pounds. I don't know about the back pressure question because I'm running a turbo through mine, Ken.

pipe

I've got one already done including the 2 into one I'll sell you for $100.00 plus shipping. Its a bolt on. Sell your 2 on ebay, believe me $$$ wise you'll come out ahead. If your'e hell bent on doing it I think you need to take out something like 7 inches. Better stock up on cut off wheels as the Ti eats them you like wouldn't believe. Mine is gutted except for 1 baffle and to exit pipe is relaced with a 2". It sounds nice not too loud. I think you might want to rejet a little.

I thought I had this posted in the classified but here you go

I might be interested in doing that! Number one, how hot is the seat gonna get? Number two, what do you plan on doing with the back end? Are you done with it where I can see how you did everything? Thanks.

Aaron

I ended up doing a whole new tunnel and different exhaust system all together so thats as far as I went with this project. Lots of guys are running this style of exhaust so I don't think the heat is an issue. The one thing I would probably do is build some kind of brace for the seat which I never got to.
