Didn´t find any topics about this so.. And I ride a Vmax4 800, so weight isn´t a issue to me.

Got the MaxBits email letter where were the sleds weights, ready to ride style. Full tanks etc.

Phazer seems light, F1000 amd Mach are near Apex weight.

Cool. My Attak is no longer the fattest sled on the snow. The F1000 LXR is half a pound heavier :exc:

Matt, bring it up to Manitoba, we can take care of that for you, :die . Don't think you'll be riding much this winter so you may as well add a few accessories :jump:

Weight, Fuel capacity, M.P.G and Range.

-It's a trade off 2 strokes are lighter but normally need larger fuel tanks to even get close to the same range as 4 strokes with smaller tanks.
-So, if 4 strokes with better mileage and range are penalize for its higher dry weight then a 2 stroke should be penalized for the larger tank and wet weigh needed to have the same range
-Should you penalize a heavier sled even though when full of gas they weigh close to and in most cases still have a greater Range than their counterparts?
- If a sled has both good mileage and range then Kudos’ to them and deserve the credit and sales !
- Would not Most snowmobilers today want a sled that has at least 120 to 150 mile range ?
- If you're that concerned about weight you can always put less gas in your tank but your range will suffer.
